
E.V.O.O.A. held it's 2nd Annual Convention at the Holiday Inn Denver International Airport
Convention Center in Denver, Colorado on July 24, 25 & 26, 1998. It was held in conjunction with the
14th Annual National Police Collectors Show that also took place at the Convention Center.
The E.V.O.O.A. Convention included a beautiful display of members' and collectors' vehicles from across
the country. Vehicle awards were given to entries registered under the classes listed below. Awards
were based on participant voting with the exception of the President's Choice Award.

FIRST PLACE

Keith Sorci drove his 1970 Plymouth Fury 17 miles to our Second Annual Convention
and took 1st Place in his class. His four door Fury is powered by a 383 engine and
is representative of the first marked police car used by Lakewood PD in Colorado. It has
been restored with all the original lights, sirens, shotguns, etc. Keith has tagged
it with personalized plates reading COPCAR.
