1990 SSP mustang, Retired WSP commercial enforcenemt mustang, kelso area service from 90-94.
Car was never marked, no light bar, no spot light, nothing, totally unmarked. Was painted upon
delivery to fleet and put into commercial enforcement duty immediately. There were only two blue
mustangs for this year, the last year for mustangs with wsp. My car was 927WSP, belonged to trooper
now sergeant Blair Schmidt, still in Kelso. Very nice guy and met him this past late summer. Gave
me the two in service pics you see below, note the rear window louver was a fleet add on to both
blue cars. Sgt Schmidt gave me the original code 3 dash light from the car and the license plate
from it when it was retired. How cool is that!
