This 1976 Maverick was obtained from Texas. Exact pedigree has not yet been found. Maverick police cars were not a special 'police package' even though they were specifically marketed to police agencies. They were sold either with a 250 cid 6 cylinder or a 302 V8. This car has the 250, A/C, power steering, radio delete, rear defroster. This car was not originally a marked vehicle. It is equipped with a Federal Visibar, PAR 36 flashers to rear and lollipops to front, Unity C6 pillar spot w/red bulb, Code 3 CP-25 copy speaker, Federal Interceptor siren, GE Mastr II mobile radio, Motorola MX-350 Convert-a-Com and portable radio, Interior K9 restraint cage, MPH K-band doppler radar, Hand held spotlight.
